Verantwortlich für die Verarbeitung der personenbezogenen Daten ist der Verein zum Betrieb von katholischen Privatschule
Stella International School, Lassallestraße 7a, Unit 4/TOP 2, 1020 Wien.
Datenschutzbeauftragter des Vereins mit Kontaktdaten muss jedenfalls genannt sein.
Für den Bereich der Schülerevidenz ist der / die Datenschutzbeauftragte der Bildungsdirektion für Wien zuständig.
Die Verarbeitung erfolgt zur Einhaltung des Vertrages, insbesondere für die Erfüllung des Aufnahmevertrages und zur Einhaltung von Aufzeichnungs-, Auskunfts- und Meldepflichten, soweit dies aufgrund von Gesetzen oder Verordnungen bzw. behördlichen Vorgaben erforderlich ist.
Die personenbezogenen Daten der Betroffenen werden an folgende Empfänger übermittelt: zuständige Schul- und Aufsichtsbehörden (insbesondere zuständiger Magistrat, Amt der Landesregierung, Landesbildungsdirektion bzw. Bildungsdirektion für Wien), im Anlassfall rechtliche Vertretung.
Die personenbezogenen Daten werden bis zur Erfüllung des Aufnahmevertrages beziehungsweise bis zu dessen Beendigung gespeichert und darüber hinaus solange Aufbewahrungspflichten aufgrund von Gesetzen, Verordnungen oder behördlichen Vorgaben hierzu bestehen.
a) Auskunft über die ihn/sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten gemäß Artikel 15 Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO);
b) Berichtigung unrichtiger personenbezogener Daten gemäß Artikel 16 DSGVO;
c) Löschung der ihn/siebetreffenden personenbezogenen Daten bei Vorliegen der
Voraussetzungen gemäß Artikel 17 DSGVO;
d) Einschränkung der Verarbeitung bei Vorliegen der Voraussetzungen gemäß
Artikel 18 DSGVO;
e) Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit gemäß Artikel 20 DSGVO;
f) Recht auf Widerspruch gemäß Artikel 21 DSGVO;
g) Weiters hat der/die Betroffene gemäß § 24 Datenschutz-Anpassungsgesetz 2018 das Recht auf Beschwerde bei der Datenschutzbehörde, wenn er/sie der Ansicht ist, dass die Verarbeitung der ihn/sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten gegen die Datenschutz-
Grundverordnung oder gegen § 1 oder Artikel 2 erstes Hauptstück des Datenschutz-Anpassungsgesetzes 2018 verstößt.
Soweit die Verarbeitung auf einer Einwilligung des Betroffenen beruht, wird der Betroffene hiermit darüber aufgeklärt, dass die Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen werden kann und die Datenverarbeitung bis zum Zeitpunkt des Widerrufs rechtmäßig bleibt.
